• Our standard plan is $297/month and includes the full system — all 8 services unlocked, with no setup fee.
• A 14-day free trial is offered. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
• After the trial, your selected payment method will be billed monthly until you cancel.
• There are no contracts. You may cancel at any time.

4. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific revenue, conversion-rate improvements, ROI, or business results. Results vary based on your business, industry, market, and how you use the system. Our services are tools to support your sales and marketing efforts, not a guarantee of success.

5. AI Agent Disclaimer

Our AI sales agent is designed to answer common questions, qualify prospects, and capture leads. It may occasionally provide inaccurate or incomplete information. The AI does not replace human judgment, and you remain responsible for verifying information and following up with your customers.

Groundworks Automation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 30 days.
